Author, Simon Haynes, released his fourth title in the Hal Spacejock series on Tuesday 27 May at Dymocks Carousel.
Simon, who spent a couple of hours signing books, said the night was definitely a success and that he appreciated the efforts of the Dymocks Carousel team who hosted the night on his behalf.
"The opportunity to build a series over time doesn't come along very often, and that's why seeing Hal Spacejock: No Free Lunch in print is such a big deal," he said.

Simon said a fair number of people at the launch bought sets of all four books, which was nice.
"I also enjoyed signing a picture book for the very young daughter of a friend of mine. It didn't matter that it wasn't my book ... she just wanted her book signed like everyone else!," said Simon.
