Peter Nolin is the Chief Executive Officer at the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce. He was also the head brewer at the Sail & Anchor for seven years. Peter has nominated ‘One Hour to Madness and Joy’ by Walt Whitman from Children of Adam from Leaves of Grass as his favourite poem: ‘I read this poem to my wife and all the witnesses at our wedding, and it guides me still.’
