Thank you to the MANY people who joined us at the Fremantle Arts Centre last night for the opening of Fremantle Poetry Month and the launch of New Poets, The West and Burning Bright.
We were delighted that so many members of the poetry community and local, state and federal politicians chose to be there to celebrate poetry with us.
It was a joyful evening, and a testament to the open-heartedness of the literary community in Western Australia. Thank you for sharing it with us.
I am really looking forward to a night with the boys at Fremantle Library for readings and conversation with John Mateer, Scott-Patrick Mitchell and J.P. Quinton on 15 July. Hope to see you there!
